I try to assist people use tools that unlock curiosity and opportunities to break social codes required for survival and success. My specialty has been in organizational development in order to increase personal benefits for students through education. This specialty emerged while serving in senior faculty or research appointments at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Peabody College of Vanderbilt University, & The Florence Heller Graduate School for Advanced Studies in Social Welfare at Brandeis University as well as former Director of the Montana Center on Disabilities.
